What a Bicycle Service Includes
A general bicycle service starts with a mechanical inspection to identify wear, adjustment needs, and any parts that may need attention. We then explain the findings clearly so you know what is essential and what is optional before work moves ahead.
Common services include brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and standard tune-ups. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and compatibility is checked before any parts are recommended or fitted.

Turnaround depends on the bicycle condition and the work required, with many essential tune-up jobs completed within two to four business days after inspection and approval. We do not promise a final price until the bicycle has been assessed.
After repairs and adjustments are complete, the bicycle goes through a quality check and a post-service function check. You then receive a short service summary at collection so you can see what was done and what was approved.
